I was at my parents house and I opened the door to a baby raccoon. The animal got into the house and I had to chase it out. I ended up picking it up and closing the door. Next, a dog was trying to get in the house. Someone opened the door and I was actually a white wolf who was playfully friendly wanting to get it. I knew I needed the animal out since it was dangerous, so I tried over and over to get the wolf out. My family tried to help me, but there were distractions and they failed each time to get it out. My mother was crying as I was trying to battle the wolf out and she wanted to help. My dad went to get his gun so we could kill it. The wolf was becoming more and more aggressive each minute. I ended up picking the wolf up and closing the door before he could get back in. The wolf was sitting outside waiting to get back in. I was not happy that my family didn’t help me, so I marched into the home office. While I was yelling at them, they said something about marring my off.
This dream seems to reflect some feelings of being overwhelmed or threatened by situations in your life. The baby raccoon and dog may symbolize smaller issues that you are able to handle, but the white wolf could represent a bigger problem that you are struggling to deal with.
Your family's inability to help you in the dream could relate to a sense of feeling unsupported or alone in your waking life. The fact that your father reached for a gun to kill the wolf could suggest that you feel like others expect you to solve problems by force or aggression, which could be adding to your stress.
The mention of marriage in the dream may indicate that there are relationship issues that you are trying to navigate in addition to these other challenges. The dream may be encouraging you to find ways to assert your own power and control in your life, and to seek out support from those who are truly there for you.
